I’m a mom, a wife, a leader in corporate America, and an involved community member. So why add one more thing to my plate and run for office?

I’m running because I’m also the daughter of two Air Force Veterans and the survivor of a school shooting. I’m running because I navigated the 2008 recession as a college graduate, got married during the COVID pandemic, and had children in a state where I had no guarantee that I would receive the healthcare I needed during pregnancy.

And now, my husband and I balance the skyrocketing costs of childcare and the rising costs of groceries. I am living the consequences of poor policy by national legislators and a 20+ year Republican supermajority in Indiana.

Investing in Our Future: Education and Infrastructure
We often talk about “infrastructure” in terms of roads and bridges. Those are vital, but true infrastructure includes the systems that allow our families to thrive. I am focused on:

Education Funding: Our schools are the heart of District 24. With rapid enrollment growth, we must ensure that state funding keeps pace so that every child has access to a world-class education, and every teacher feels supported and valued.

Childcare as Infrastructure: For our economy to grow, parents need to know their children are safe and cared for. Viewing childcare as an essential economic driver is the only way to ensure Indiana remains a competitive place to live and work. For every $1 invested in universal childcare, economies get $4 - $13 in ROI; now THAT is fiscal responsibility.

Economic Growth and Digital Transformation
In my professional career within the technology sector, I help businesses navigate digital transformation and the integration of emerging technologies. I want to bring that same forward-thinking mindset to the Statehouse, while also respecting and protecting our agricultural heritage. Indiana has a unique opportunity to lead the Midwest in innovation, but we must be proactive in preparing our workforce for the jobs of tomorrow. This goes hand in hand with building and keeping talent in Indiana; 40% of Indiana college graduates leave the state within one year of graduation. Young professionals do not want to stay in our state due to our policies and our lack of opportunity.

Economic growth also means addressing the rising cost of living. Whether it’s property tax reform or healthcare accessibility, our policies must prioritize the financial stability of Hoosier households.

A Leadership Style Grounded in Connection

In my day job, I manage a team across the Ohio Valley. At the end of every interaction with one of my coworkers, I always end by asking “What else can I help you with today?” Because I believe leadership isn’t about power; it’s about service and accountability.

When I get to the State House, that is exactly the culture I’m bringing with me. I won’t be working for a Governor or a party boss. I will be working for you. Whether it’s balancing the cost of daycare, fixing our roads, or protecting our schools, I am running because I believe our representatives should represent all of us. I have the professional experience to reach across the aisle and find a compromise, but I have the personal fire to never back down when our values are on the line.

I am a passionate servant leader, and I understand that the weight of leadership is a privilege. I am running to ensure that District 24 has a representative who is focused on the data, dedicated to the community, and driven by a desire to see every Hoosier family succeed. I want to work for you.

Let's build a future for Indiana that is as bold and resilient as the people who call it home.
